A troubling police investigation in Montgomery County began on the first day of school. That's when the report came from Souderton High School in Souderton, Pa., that a 15-year-old girl was high on drugs. The allegation was confirmed when the school nurse found needle tracks on the girl's arm. But the most astounding part was the girl's alleged source for the heroin: Her own mother.
